Founder & CTO

Ashu Swami is the Founder and CTO of Ampere Labs, where he leads the development of advanced data center infrastructure solutions for modern compute demands. Ampere Labs provides end-to-end design, engineering, and contracting services to data center developers, offering both ready-to-deploy, off-the-shelf designs and highly customized solutions. These systems are tailored to client-specific requirements such as thermal design power (TDP), local weather conditions, and water availability, while carefully balancing priorities like speed to deployment, cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Josh Li

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Josh is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Ampere Labs, where he leads the go to market teams. Josh was the Head of Google X for Asia Pacific, where he worked on “moonshot” technologies in energy and telecommunications. Then he was the Chief Operating Officer at a crypto exchange and a Defi cross-border payments company, and a Senior Director at a US public company, where he led the business for advanced datacenter infrastructure cooling. Currently, he is also a member of Architech March, which provides expert consulting, acceleration, resource connectivity, and business development support to Family Offices, emerging growth companies, and private capital firms.
