Ashu Swami
Founder & CTO
Ashu Swami is the Founder and CTO of Ampere Labs, where he leads the development of advanced data center infrastructure solutions for modern compute demands. Previously, as the CTO / GM at two different public companies and a global Hedge Fund, Swami was instrumental in building and scaling cutting-edge data center infrastructure optimized for high-performance computing and Bitcoin mining. His work included pioneering advanced cooling solutions—such as immersion and other thermal management systems—to significantly improve operational efficiency and sustainability at scale. He is an inventor on 14 pending and issued patents.
Josh Li
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Josh is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Ampere Labs, where he leads the go to market teams. Josh was the Head of Google X for Asia Pacific, where he worked on “moonshot” technologies in energy and telecommunications. Then he was the Chief Operating Officer at a crypto exchange and a Defi cross-border payments company, and a Senior Director at a US public company, where he led the business for advanced datacenter infrastructure cooling. Currently, he is also a member of Architech March, which provides expert consulting, acceleration, resource connectivity, and business development support to Family Offices, emerging growth companies, and private capital firms.
